Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. To do this, contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.
To change an order or item due to errors on your part, you need to contact us with your order number as soon as possible to do so. However, due to laws and the system used, we cannot exchange your order or item, we can only cancel your order and issue a refund if the order has not yet been shipped. In this case, you will have the opportunity to place your new order without losing your money.
To receive or return an item under the three scenarios above, you need to contact us as soon as possible with your order number; and we will tell you how we are going to do it. However, depending on the items purchased, delivery may be made in several times. For orders with missing items, you should wait one week to contact us.
-- Order correction and/or cancellation request: 24 hours after placing your order. You can also contact us if your order has not yet been shipped.
-- Receipt of order with missing and/or damaged and/or incorrect product(s): 120 hours to contact us after receipt of the order in question; and 15 days to return the damaged and/or incorrect product(s) after receiving our feedback.
