Thals Rico Volmar's Website is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect, any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13).  If it is determined that such information was inadvertently collected from a person under the age of thirteen (13), we will immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database, or alternatively, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain permission from a parent or guardian to use Thals Rico Volmar's online store.
